Our company manufactures high-viscosity rotor pumps in several series, including NYP, NCB, LCX, RXB, and 3-2RP. All of these series are capable of transporting high-viscosity materials.
NYP Internal Gear High-Viscosity Pump: This is a newly developed positive displacement pump designed to meet the needs of industries such as petroleum, chemical, and coatings. Because this product can be manufactured with various materials and structural configurations, it is widely applicable for conveying media with different properties and viscosities.
Applicable Medium Temperature: -10°C to 200°C (The NYP0.78 and NYP2.3 models are suitable for temperatures from -10°C to 80°C).
Medium Viscosity: 1.0 cSt to 300,000 cSt (The applicable viscosity for NYP0.78 and NYP2.3 models is 1.0 cSt to 10,000 cSt).
The pump mainly consists of internal and external rotors, a shaft, a pump body, a front cover, a bracket, seals, and bearings. It is available with two sealing options: mechanical seals and packing seals. Packing seals are recommended for high-temperature, high-viscosity, and highly corrosive media.
LCX High-Viscosity Lobe Pump: This pump is available in both belt-driven and gear-reducer-driven configurations. It features low rotational speed, high efficiency, compact size, large flow rate, low power consumption, strong self-priming capability, no need for oil priming, and ease of use. The LCX pump is an upgraded version of the LC pump, specifically modified to handle asphalt and condensed oil. A heating jacket can be added to the exterior of the pump casing or end cover to circulate steam or thermal oil, keeping the pump chamber warm. This provides excellent conditions for both continuous and intermittent operation. It is widely used for conveying petroleum and petroleum products (copper impellers can be used for gasoline) as well as various oils and liquids in factories, such as crude oil, paint, lubricating oil, glass sealant, oleic acid, toothpaste, and mildly alkaline liquids (e.g., soap processing). In food processing, it can convey liquids like soy milk, yeast, and molasses.

NCB Internal Gear Pump: This pump utilizes the internal gear meshing principle. The pitch circles of the internal and external gears are positioned closely on one side, while the other side is separated by a "crescent plate" on the pump cover. The driving internal gear on the main shaft drives the external gear to rotate in the same direction. At the inlet, the gear teeth separate to create negative pressure and draw in the liquid. At the outlet, the teeth continuously mesh and interlock to squeeze and discharge the liquid. Due to this unique structure, it is particularly suitable for conveying highly viscous media with a viscosity range of 0.2 to 100,000 cp, such as soapberry, silicone oil, paint, resin, molasses, rosin, and coatings. It has a very wide range of applications.
3-2RP Sanitary Pump: This is a rotary positive displacement pump characterized by high efficiency and a long service life. It is suitable for conveying suspended liquids containing solid particles, as well as corrosive and highly hygienic media, at temperatures ranging from -30°C to +200°C. All internal wetted parts of the pump are made of stainless steel. The pump's speed can be adjusted according to the physical characteristics of the medium. Due to its low operating speed, the sealing surfaces do not easily generate high temperatures, resulting in minimal wear and an extended service life.
Features of Stainless Steel Rotor Pumps:
All parts in contact with the medium (materials) are made of stainless steel (SUS304, AISI316, 316L), fully complying with sanitary standards.
Suitable for conveying high-viscosity, high-concentration media, and any media containing solid particles.
Applicable temperature range: -30°C to 200°C.
