Three-screw pumps have been widely used in China's petroleum, chemical, metallurgical, machine tool, and shipbuilding industries, and have replaced centrifugal oil pumps, gear oil pumps, and reciprocating pumps in many applications. The 3G and 3Gr series standard screw pumps are primarily used for conveying low-to-medium viscosity lubricating liquids. In industrial production, they serve as hydraulic pumps, lubrication pumps, light fuel oil pumps, and transfer pumps. The pump consists of base components, pump sleeves, pump bodies, screws, and accessories such as mounting feet, safety valves, and bearing housings. Various installation configurations can be achieved by modifying these accessories.

The 3GBW series insulated screw pumps are mainly used for conveying high-viscosity lubricating liquids that cannot be pumped at room temperature. They are frequently used for the transfer or combustion of asphalt, heavy fuel oil, residual oil, and crude oil. The heating medium can be steam, hot oil, or hot water, while the cooling medium can be a gas or liquid. These pumps are now widely used for asphalt transportation in highway construction. The standard maximum operating temperature is ≤250°C; if a higher temperature is required, please specify this when placing an order.
